About Custom Orthotic
Orthotics are custom made inserts for your shoes that are specifically designed to address various foot and lower body conditions. Orthotics can decrease pain, not only in the foot, but in other parts of the body such as the knee, hip and lower back. They can also increase stability in an unstable joint, prevent a deformed foot from developing additional problems, and improve walking ability.

At Erie Shores Rehab, a thorough bio-mechanical assessment is performed in order to provide an orthotic which accomplishes the best possible alignment to alleviate the conditions and/or complaints. The materials used to make orthotics vary according to the patient needs, activities and health factors.
